Actra account deletion

• In Actra, open Profile, then Settings, then Delete account. Follow the confirmation and sign-in verification steps.
• If you cannot use the app, email herazur41@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account with the subject "Actra account deletion request". Include your Actra username, if known. You do not need to reinstall the app.
• We may ask for information necessary to verify account ownership. Never send your password, sign-in codes or full payment card details. We aim to respond within 30 days.
• You may also request deletion of specific data by describing it in your email. To stop subscription renewals, cancel the subscription separately in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. Cancellation is not a prerequisite for requesting account deletion.

After we verify the request, we will delete the app account and associated data that is no longer needed to provide the service, except where retention is required for legitimate reasons such as security, fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, or legal compliance.

Deletion covers your Actra profile, associated challenge and social activity and stored media, and the Firebase sign-in account. Limited records may remain where necessary for payment reconciliation, fraud prevention or legal obligations; provider backups and diagnostic records follow their retention schedules. Google Play retains its own transaction records. We can explain any applicable retention when handling your request.
