Brushloop: Toothbrush Timer account deletion

• In Brushloop, open the Profile tab, then Account, then Delete account. Confirm with your password, or with Google if you signed in with Google.
• If you cannot use the app, email furkangokaytolucc@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account with the subject "Brushloop account deletion request". You do not need to reinstall the app.
• We may ask for information necessary to verify account ownership. Never send your password, sign-in codes or full payment card details. We aim to respond within 30 days.
• To stop subscription renewals, cancel the subscription separately in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. Cancellation is not a prerequisite for requesting account deletion.

After we verify the request, we will delete the app account and associated data that is no longer needed to provide the service, except where retention is required for legitimate reasons such as security, fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, or legal compliance.

Deletion removes your Firebase Authentication account (email address, user ID and sign-in methods). Brushing records on your device are not affected and can be removed with "Reset all data" or by uninstalling the app. Analytics and crash data are not linked to your account and expire on their normal schedules. Purchase records kept by RevenueCat, Google Play and the App Store may remain where needed for refunds, accounting, tax or fraud prevention; tell us in your request if you also want RevenueCat records deleted.
