Reporting child safety concerns
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first. You can also report concerns to Herazur through the following channels:
- In the app, open the profile that raises a safety concern and use the "Sikayet et" report action. Include "child safety", "CSAE", "CSAM", or similar details in the report reason when relevant.
- If you cannot use the in-app report option, email the child safety point of contact at nakrufrats@gmail.com with the app name, the reported profile or username if known, and a concise description of the concern.

How we address CSAM
When Herazur obtains actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE activity, we take action in accordance with these standards, applicable law, and available technical controls.
- Review in-app reports and child safety emails as quickly as reasonably possible.
- Remove or disable access to confirmed CSAE or CSAM content where Herazur has the technical ability to do so.
- Restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in CSAE, grooming, CSAM, or attempts to exploit children.
- Preserve and disclose relevant information when legally required or when needed to protect users and comply with child safety laws.
- Improve reporting, moderation, and safety controls when new abuse patterns are identified.
