Liferung: Level Up Your Life account deletion

• In Liferung, open Settings, then Data & privacy, then Delete your account (the same action is available under Settings, then Account). Type DELETE to confirm; if you sign in with an email address and password, you also enter your password.
• If you cannot use the app, email furkangokaytolucc@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account with the subject "Liferung account deletion request". You do not need to reinstall the app.
• We may ask for information necessary to verify account ownership. Never send your password, sign-in codes or full payment card details. We aim to respond within 30 days.
• To stop subscription renewals, cancel Liferung Plus separately in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. Cancellation is not a prerequisite for requesting account deletion.

After we verify the request, we will delete the app account and associated data that is no longer needed to provide the service, except where retention is required for legitimate reasons such as security, fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, or legal compliance.

Deletion removes your profile and every quest, Journey, chapter, unlocked skill, achievement, focus session, XP transaction, daily statistic, weekly review and stored device token from our database, and deletes the Firebase Authentication account (email address, user ID and sign-in methods). Pending reminders are cancelled and the local copy on the device is cleared. Analytics and crash records are not linked to your name and expire on their normal schedules. Purchase records held by RevenueCat and Google Play may remain where needed for refunds, accounting, tax or fraud prevention; say so in your request if you also want RevenueCat records deleted. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
