PCOS Lab account deletion

• In PCOS Lab, open You, then Account, then Delete account. This removes the account and its cloud copy together.
• To erase what is on the phone as well, use You, then Your data, then Delete everything. It removes every log, experiment and lab result from the device, and from the cloud copy if backup is on. Deleting the app removes the rest, including your settings.
• Export first if you are unsure: You, then Your data, then Export as CSV or JSON. The JSON export is complete and can be restored into the app. If backup is off there is no cloud copy, which also means there is nothing to restore from once you delete something.
• If you cannot use the app, email the privacy contact listed on this site from the address linked to your account, with the subject "PCOS Lab account deletion request". Never send your password, sign-in codes or payment card details. We aim to respond within 30 days.
• To stop Pro renewals, cancel the subscription separately in the App Store or Google Play. Cancellation is not a prerequisite for requesting account deletion, and nothing you recorded is taken away when a subscription ends — lab results you entered stay in the app and in every export.

After we verify the request, we will delete the app account and associated data that is no longer needed to provide the service, except where retention is required for legitimate reasons such as security, fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, or legal compliance.

Deleting your account removes the Firebase Authentication account and the Firestore copy of your logged days, experiments, lab results and tracked-symptom list. Analytics and crash records, where you enabled them, carry no account identifier and expire on Firebase’s own schedules. Purchase records held by RevenueCat and by the App Store or Google Play may remain where needed for refunds, accounting, tax or fraud prevention; they contain no health data. Records already on your device are removed by Delete everything, or by uninstalling the app.
