• Email the privacy contact listed on this site from the email address linked to your Recallo account.
• Use the subject line "Recallo account deletion request" and mention whether you signed in with email/password or Google so we can verify the request faster.

After we verify the request, we will delete the app account and associated data that is no longer needed to provide the service, except where retention is required for legitimate reasons such as security, fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, or legal compliance.

After a verified deletion request, we will delete account-linked records we control, such as the Firebase Authentication account, unless limited retention is required for payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, tax, security, or legal compliance. Locally stored decks and study progress on your device are not automatically erased from that device unless you clear app data or uninstall the app.
