• Email the privacy contact listed on this site from the account email used in StoryBee.
• Use the subject line "StoryBee account deletion request".

After we verify the request, we will delete the app account and associated data that is no longer needed to provide the service, except where retention is required for legitimate reasons such as security, fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, or legal compliance.

We may keep limited transactional, fraud-prevention, or legal compliance records after deleting the account itself.
